RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Returns

All sales are final with the exception of a defective item. 

If your item is defective, please email connect@howtomoveonandbehappy.com  within 15 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the damaged item attached.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Depending on the damage of the item, we might request the item be sent back to be used to send as a donation to a woman in need. If so, we will ask you to send it back to an address we  give you. Upon receipt, a new copy will be sent to your address on the original order.
